MY HAIR IS REALLY CURLY AND WHEN I CAN'T STRAIGHTEN IT

IT LOOKS HORRIBLE PLUS I HAVE THESE LITTLE BABY HAIRS FLYING IN THE AIR

Whatever you do dont go and get it super layered! It will make your head look like a mushroom and even bigger. Check out www.ouidad.com to find an curly hair salon in your area. I hear they do nice hair cuts for curly hair. Try a nice bob - long or short for your hair. When you wash it, dont ring it out with a towel, comb it out and add a leave in conditioner. Then add an oil or light gel, I use Aveda Emmolient (in a blue bottle about 23 bucks), I also use biosilk. You only need a quarter size if your hair is short and losely curled. If you have coil curls use more. Curly hair loves moisture! Anyways, use a diffuser (on cool) to dry your hair or air dry it.

I think you just need to look for some good hair products, thats all!

get some hair mud. it really helps with the little fly away's! a little goes a long way. you can get it most beauty shops, for under ten bucks. as for what to do . . . updo's with curley hair are so sexy! get a pack of bobby pin's and just take an afternoon to mess around and see what works and what doesn't. you really can learn a lot in an afternoon. or stop over to my house and i can do your hair! lol! hope that helps!

I think curly hair looks great gathered up, allowing the loosening little curls to do their thing.

Curly hair is nice cut in layers by a GOOD haircutter. It's cute short, and dramatic when long.

what do you use to straighten it? use a ceramic flat iron it is awesome i just bought one i have the same problem and use a gel to straigthen hair its so easy.
