How can i tell a hairstylist that i want permanently wavy hair?

I want to change my hair up %26amp; i want to get my hair PERMANENTLY WAVY %26amp; look like this:

i want my real hair to become wavy permanently (like in the pictures) and than i want to get extensions to make it longer.

I hear of something called the body wave but i don't know how to explain to the stylist how i want my hair and how i want it permanently wavy??

any suggestions on how i can explain it??
