some trends I see is the sleek straight and short layered hair (up to the shoulders) or silky hair with wavy curls (think Vanessa Ann Hudgens hair from High School Musical).

Easy way to get your hair curly?? braid your hair the night before, tightly, spray it a little, sleep overnight with it braided, when u wake up, take out the braids and should be curly or wavy like... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, i think it depends on your hair. Or try one of those straightners than can also be used to curl your hair... that works easily too.

I usually wear my hair in a bun or leave it down (put a little mouse and some gel to keep it from frizzing)... on occasions (when there's time), I'd straighten my hair and leave it down...

At the middle/high school where I live, kids are wearing they're hair parted to the side with their bangs in their face. *Where the bangs are small then in a sideways way it gets bigger...* Ya :P Also layers in their hair.

Yes well i just had my hair cut a couple of days ago, its short at the back and gradually gets longer at the front, then i have a small side fringe.

I think thats the style now, Expecially straight hair.

I normally have my hair down straight when i go to school, Or i have it up when it rains!

Erm.. well for me it's not a problem, as my hair is naturally curly but what you could do, is when you come out the shower after washing your hair, Is put some curl serum on your hair to make it go curly!

I think you should wear something which is good for you and not what's in fashion. Fashion dosen't suit everyone.
