I hv a curly hair...But I want to make it stylish n fashionable rather than comb it(JUST COMN ONI?!)

I wanna style up ma hair ya noe...cuz havin' a short bt extremely curly hair is kinda diff 4 me....

I hv a curly hair...But I want to make it stylish n fashionable rather than comb it(JUST COMN ONI?!) plz rd on

Tigi Bed Head products are really good for short curly hair (especially the wax but you just need a tiny amount or your hair looks drab and dirty), you can make all kinds of messy funky looks, or invest in a pair of ceramic straighteners and some good smoothing gel and go for a retro look with clips.

The problem with going from long to short curly hair is that with long hair, you can just wash it and leave it to dry and it looks great. When it's short, it takes a lot more effort for it to look good.

i reckon just ease into the styling products if this is the first time that you've had really curly hair.......you dont want it sooo plastered down that it looks like, well, plastic!..... yea and just get creative with clips..... they'll funk up ur hair and they're super easy to use

yea i'm new to the short hair thing too and i have really curly/wavy hair... i invested in those cute bobby pins with the jewels on them...

GOT2B KINKY CURLING MOUSSE works good, its a orange can....just scrunch your hair with it and your hair will look sexii...you could also put some lil clips in ur hair it will look cute

How do I style curly hair that looks flat all the time?

I have natural blonde curly hair that just doesn't look the way I want it to look. I watch these commercials and I see these girls who have gorgeous hair that they can straighten and have curly whenever they want. It takes me forever to "fix" my hair in the morning because it just looks horrible. I need to find a way to make it work with either new styles, fast ways to style it, etc. Help me please!

How do I style curly hair that looks flat all the time?

My hair is SUPER CURLY %26amp; SUPER THICK it falls to the middle of my back-I also have a hard time with it!!! I use citre shine serum-syrup whatever u call it %26amp; they also have the shampoo %26amp; conditioner-it's really good for ur hair just put the serum in ur hair after u wash it and use a diffuser n blowdryer this will keep ur hair more together not frizzy %26amp; it'll be nice soft n shiney! Once ur done-DO NOT TOUCH UR HAIR-it makes it messed up %26amp; frizzy! It also helps to have ur hair cut in layers. Trust me I quit fighting with my hair!!! When u use the diffuser get a clip n gather a lil hair in the front-flip ur head dn then blow dry it with the diffuser. As for the commercials-most of there hair is naturally straight so it's easier for them-if I used a straightening iron it would take me @ 4hrs.

How do I style curly hair that looks flat all the time?

well, commercials are just that, TV! Don't believe everything that you see on TV, they only have 30 seconds to make you want their product. The fact is that no one has perfect hair and that styling it does take a little bit of effort. For your curly hair, you could try just putting a little mousse in it when it is wet, and letting it dry naturally.

PS. Don't forget that everyone want the opposite of what they have, we all thisk that the grass is greener on the other side, I would kill for your curly hair, mine is pin straight!

How do I style curly hair that looks flat all the time?

Commericials are a lie. First, they use very expensive products, and they have someone do it for them that probably is extremely experienced, and works on it for hours. Not to mention the computers that make it look just so. Try gel, or try hairspray ifyou want to straighten it. Ignore the commercials. It's not true!

How do I style curly hair that looks flat all the time?

first of all, the girls on those comercials have their hair professionally done. it isn't natural. after you wash your hair, spray it with a defrizzing product (try DreamCurls by Frizz Ease), or spray on leave in conditioner. comb through it gently with a pick, which is a comb especially designed for curly hair. when your hair is damp, gently scrunch the curls with a curl cream or product (such as from Garnier Fructis or Curls Rock from Catwalk products)

How do I style curly hair that looks flat all the time?

I have naturally curly hair and am consantly trying new products. Try Matrix Curl life shampoo and conditioner and some mousse, like Tresseme. I also like Dream Curls spritz by Frizz Ease. Matrix is expensive but soooo worth it! When I want it straight, I use SleekMatrix and a ceramic flat iron by Conair with 25 heat settings! I love it!

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

Alot of people I kno .. even with naturally straight hair .. style their hair to look wet %26amp;%26amp; curly and I think its soo cute.

I thought I'd try that today so if it comes out horrible I won't have to go anywhere with it haha .. but I'm not sure how to do it. I have long, straight, %26amp;%26amp; fairly thick hair. My mom picked me up a couple products to try :: Tresemme Mousse, Hair Spray, Clean Hold Gel, %26amp;%26amp; Shine Spray, so if you could tell me which of those products to use that would be great.

So how can I get my hair to do that .. I'm going to go shower in a few minutes %26amp;%26amp; try it but I need instructions lol.

Hugs %26amp;%26amp; Kisses

閳?Abby 閳?br>How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

ok wash your hair normally with a normal shampoo. preferably one for volume.

when u get out of the shower.. flip your head over and scrunch your hair up.. DON NOT COMB IT! then wrap it up in a towel.

leave it in the towel for a little bit.. then take it out.

it's going to look kind of messy.. but bare with it.

now your going to use the mousse and your going to scrunch your hair with the mousse. you have to flip your hair and have your head upside while your doing this. make sure the mousse is evenly spread also.

flip your head back up and fix it. it should be all curly. it might look a little flat but as it dries.. it'll get volume by itself.

if it doesn't.. tease the parts that are missing volume and put a lil spray on then it'll look great!

good luck!!

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

Oh, try Wash 'N Curl. I have seen the commercials for years. It seems good.

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

wet your hair and put in mousse and if you use the heat from a blow dryer that would make the curls even better

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

put mousse in your hair (a lot if you want it to look wet) and curl it around your fingers and tousle it. if you want it REALLY curly, then spray small sections with hairspray and use an iron to curl each piece. it takes a while though...

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

okay i know exactly what to do.

after you get out of the shower brush out your hair

FIRST: put in mouse and SCRUNCH your hair

SECOND: put in the gel and scrunch again

THIRD: put in hairspray and scrunch again

after your done put your hair up in a tight bun and then after about 10 minutes take it out! and your hair will look wet and curly

good luck

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

shower then with damp hair use the mousse in your hair then scunch it (kinda squish it against your head and curl it around your fingers) let it dry or blowdry it into place then use hairspray to keep it like that then use shine spray. good luck!

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

Well there are many different techniques to use. To make your hair curly use a curler or use a spray to curl your hair. to make is look wet and bouncy then use some kind of wet gel or mousse to give it that kind of apperance. There are also other products that you can use for specific hair styles. Like Wet 'N Curly, Spray to Curl, Curly and Wavy....

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

mossue works really well.

just semi blow dry your hair after you egt out of the shower and then use the mousse to "crunch" your hair.

when it dries it will look wet but be hard.

i dont like to use gel cause it is really heavy but im not sure which product of gel you have.finish with LIGHT mist of hair spray for some extra hold

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

using hair gel

How can I get my hair to look wet/curly ?

When you hair is wet, flip your head upside down and use a hair pick to get out the tangles. Try not to use a brush because that will take out much of the natural curl or texture you may have in your hair, which since your hair is thicker I'd say you probably have. Keep your head flipped over. Then, take the gel (or mousse, I'm not sure which will work better in your hair so you might want to experiment with both) your mom got you and scrunch your hair from the tips up, you should start to see some curl. Make SURE not to miss any areas because then that area will be quite straight compared to the rest of your hair. Now, head still flipped over, put the Hair Spray in your hair and scrunch some more, as to create more curls. From here you can let your hair air dry or, for a more dramatic effect, you can blow dry your hair with a diffuser. DO NOT BLOW DRY WITHOUT A DIFFUSER OR ALL YOU WILL GET IS FRIZZ! You can get diffusers at places like target and they fit onto the end of your blow dryer. Diffusers help give hair texture and curl. Because your hair is long this might not give you the springy curls you want just because of the sheer weight of your hair. It will however make your hair look wet and it will have at the very least some pretty waves and texture. Adding layers to your hair will help your hair curl more easily without taking off length, if you really really want your hair to look like this.

hair that falls a couple inches
past my shoulders. It's
natur

I have medium to dirty blonde hair with a couple layers that fall 3-4 inches past my shoulders. It is naturally wavy/curly, but it is pretty easily straightened. I am looking for suggestions/directions/photos of hair styles that I could wear to my upcoming high school dance. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!

I love a simple, classic comb pulling back one side (or you could use two for both sides). It leaves most of your hair down while still pulling some of it off your face and looks sexy. If you want it off your neck, a messy bun with a few well-placed clips is easy and looks nice with almost anything.

If you are looking for something more complicated browsing online can be difficult. You'll find there are many places that are only galleries with no help recreating, or the help they have isn't enough. Sometimes though you can find something, it can just be a tedious process.

A favorite, more complicated hairstyle of mine is done with knots. You can do this with one ponytail of pigtails on the back of your head. Divide the hair into sections (number of sections varies depending on thickness of hair and whether you are using one or two tails) and twist each section and knot it. The longer the hair the more knots you can get into it. Wrap the knotted hair around the base of the pigtail and bobby pin the end. You can just bobby pin it without wrapping too. I like to get a little spunky with it and spike the hair at the end up with gel so it sticks up over my head. You may need a friend to help with it.

Whatever hairstyle you decide on, make sure you try it first before the big day. This is really important because it can be frustrating trying something for the first time and not having it succeed.

Good luck!

Ways to style curly hair besides just leaving it down?

Hey curly haired people, what up or partially up styles have you found work successfully with curly hair?

Wearing my hair down day in and day out is really really boring (so DONT send me the usual photos of curly models with their hair down, please!). Things I'm already aware of: pony tails, mousse, difusers, and the power of light layers. I'm not looking for product advice, I'm looking for how I can put my hair up...

Ways to style curly hair besides just leaving it down?

2. Take a one-inch section from the right side of the part and begin twisting it.

3. Pull the twist to the back of your head and hold it at the nape of your neck.

4. Gather your hair into a low ponytail at the nape of your neck, including the twist, and secure with an elastic.

5. Take a 1/2-inch section of hair from the ponytail and wrap it around the elastic, securing with pins underneath the tail.

Sunday: Knotted Coil

1. Gather your hair into a high ponytail about four inches above the nape of your neck.

2. Secure with an elastic.

3. Take a 1/4-inch section from the pony and wrap it around the elastic, securing with pins underneath the tail.

4. Grab the end of the pony and loop it under, securing the ends with pins right under the elastic.

I think having curly hair and putting it up in a pony tail is great. It looks really nice when you have it drop down from the back of your head and it's curly .

Ways to style curly hair besides just leaving it down?

you can try stratening it , theres loads of diffrent ways to wear it then , or have you tried , diffrent twists %26amp; things like that , try something outrageous you might end up likeing it

Ways to style curly hair besides just leaving it down?

pigtails(regular or french braid)

Ways to style curly hair besides just leaving it down?

hmm, buns,braids, side ponytail.

Ways to style curly hair besides just leaving it down?

I like parting my hair to the side and using bobby pins to sweep the larger section of the hair back. Plastic clamps are good for putting the hair half up- my hair gets all tangled when I try to use twisties. Braids are good for days when you don't feel like styling your hair. Hope this helps!
